This is a very interesting structure and I really like the lines of this building. Personally I think that with such curved lines you needed to make sure to level the horizon in this shot in post processing. I find it kind of difficult to look at it with the horizon tilted to the right side, maybe is just my perception on the shot when I mention it being difficult to watch.

Also, I find the vignette to be a little too overwhelming for this frame, maybe a little less would work better since you are directing my view to the object in the center of the picture it only makes the horizon seem a little more crooked as I mentioned before.

Other than that only thing I can think of is maybe open up the shot a little more, I would've liked to see what this memorial is in relation to it's surroundings. Good job, and there's always room to improve so keep at it.
